Oooo…and how we have wondered about time
and the essence of it
it evaporates and still…
still it creeps through the veins
and the cracks of the mind
not the kind of holes where the light seeps through
but still the perfume of something…
something ancient and familiar gathering eons
it can almost be savored and touched
somewhere…
somewhere in the air
somewhere deep down inside
somewhere in the all
and while I wondered about time
it renders utter barren
void of meaning
in the presence of immortal love
