In the cradle

To run through our veins

galaxies

colliding energies

and in the death of this dance

a new world arises

right within us

in the cradle

folded in time

unloosened by birth

the wonder of all

carried by life and all its beings

and as if in an assembly of the powers that are to be

they are looking now at you

to rise

to align

to be who you are

an invitation open to love

and of all the deaths you have died before

this is living

so rise

rise

rise

like a phoenix from the ashes

over and over

again and again

Place of peace

Aroha Stone, Morganite, Blue Lace Agate, Anhydrite, Amethyst, Pink Andean Opal, Quartz, Lavandula officinalis

From my place of peace
I pour into your hands a waterfall of gratefulness
I am indebted to your breathing as we share this time
This tribute to life is nothing more or less than
an honor acclaimed in the darkest of times
bestowing the stars inside of us to shine
to turn to dust and remain in all
From my place of love
I shower you in my peace
and wish you travel safely through the forest
traverse harmlessly the open fields
and in the middle of it all
remember
you are never alone to run into the adventures
this life offers recklessly
From my place of peace I bow in love

Healing

Pink Andean Opal, Prehnite with Epidote, Scolecite, Rhodizite, Roses gifted by a dear friend
Pink Andean Opal, Prehnite with Epidote, Scolecite, Rhodizite, Roses gifted by a dear friend

If I am to write about the struggles, the fights,

the ambushes, the bombs, the killings

I need words I do not want to express

the attempt in describing the utter horror

gives power to its pain

so let me share with you the stories of healing wounds

a flower laid down where our hearts go out to

the soft embrace from a savior

a candle lit in the dark hours

the hands from a friend reaching out

the opening doors by a stranger

pulling you in from harm

the light that enters the crack

for a brief moment only think about that

let this thought take you into the world of compassion

and know this is in you

and in this feeling of helplessness

look for the helpers in all world’s mayhem

and know this is you too
